The Tactical Athlete Series by Farren Morgan marks the culmination of years of Tactical training experience as a serving soldier in the British Military alongside a deep desire to help people reach optimal physical and mental robustness through a considered approach to training.
The series will be broken into two primary programmes; Minimal Kit and The Tactical Athlete, both built around a combination of traditional military training methods and modern theory.
The Minimal Kit programme has been specifically designed to allow you to reach peak performance without the need for too much gym equipment, giving people the opportunity to train to a high standard no matter the location.
The Tactical Athlete programme is for those looking to take it a step further with access to a full gym set up. This programme has been designed for those looking to push their limits, both physically and mentally, through intensive strength and conditioning work alongside runs, tabs & Engine days that only become more challenging as the cycle progresses.
