The Tactical Athlete programme has been specifically designed for any athlete that is driven to consistently rise above the rest, whilst adapting their body to the FM Coaching style of training. 

This programme is for skilled athletes looking to elevate to the next level of Fitness and be known as Tactical Athletes through intensive Strength and Conditioning sessions, Runs, Tabs, Tactical Thursdays and Engine days that become more challenging as the 6 week cycles progress.

 

This programme is for those looking to have an edge above the rest in Tactical Fitness by taking their athleticism to optimal levels.  

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

We recommend the following equipment for the best results.

  • Full gym set up

  • Varied Resistance Bands

  • Daysack/Rucksack & Watch

  • Scales to weigh load (Real-world example: 1Litre of water = 1kg)
