At the beginning of the programme you will put your current fitness level to the test which would be logged for future purposes.

Because the programme is bodyweight, it offers flexibility so the workouts can be done from home, at the gym or outdoors.

8 WEEK TACTICAL TRAINING PROGRAMME

Looking for a new challenge which will help your body progress to become an all-round tactical athlete without the need for a gym?

Full programme structure


The programme has been designed to apply to your everyday life, with 5-6 days of training that requires you to workout at home, from the gym or the outdoors, with minimal equipment. All you need is a daysack/rucksack, running trainers or boots, a watch and scales for weighing load (optional). If you would like any more information about the 8 week programme and find out if it is suitable for you, please get in touch.





This programme has been carefully designed by Coach Morgan who brings 6 years military experience and a passion for Strength and Conditioning training. Designed to intensify and progress your body over an 8 week period. This programme will challenge you, push your current ability, and help you achieve your best physical physique. 

Each day there will be a different PT session, this is to adapt your body to any style of training, making you a strong all-round athlete.  

 

What to expect

 

LISS, HIIT, TABBING, FARTLEK and CIRCUIT TRAINING. These training styles provide a sequence of different intensities that push both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. Using various conditioning techniques ensures that Tactical Athletes are conditioned.
